Step 1: Prepare the Roof Surface

Ensure the metal roof is clean and free of debris to allow a secure installation.

Step 2: Position the L-Foot
Align the L-Foot bracket in the desired location on the corrugated, trapezoidal, or standing seam metal roof.

Step 3: Secure with Self-Tapping Screws

• Use a 6mm Allen key or hexagonal driver bit.
• Drive the tornillos autorroscantes directly into the metal sheet o underlying purlin.
• Apply a torque of 15-17 NM for a firm attachment.

Step 4: Ensure Waterproofing
En pre-attached EPDM pad creates a watertight seal, preventing leaks. Confirm that it sits evenly between the L-Foot and the roof surface.

Step 5: Adjust the Height (If needed)
Use the strip-shaped hole on the L-Foot to adjust the mounting height for optimal panel positioning and ventilation.

Step 6: Attach the Rails
Secure the solar mounting rails to the L-Foot bracket using M8 bolts and nuts, ensuring a stable connection.

Step 7: Final Inspection
Check all connections to ensure the L-Foot is firmly secured and properly aligned for the solar panel installation.
